Imposter syndrome you too?

Feeling like a fraud?
Do you doubt your abilities?
Imposter syndrome disproportionately affects high-achieving people, who find it difficult to accept their accomplishments.
Despite academic or professional success, those who suffer it, cannot stop believing that they are really not bright and have fooled everyone. Some even believe that soon everyone will realise and they will be accused of faking it.
Imposter Syndrome affects some of the most famous people in the world:
👉Charlize Theron
👉Lady Gaga
👉Tom Hanks
have all confessed to experiencing it.
I have trained some of truly bright minds to get into Mensa, the high IQ society of the top 2%.
I remember for example one student telling me that he was not that smart, that he was just good at tests (terrible excuse to himself).
He had the IQ of a genius but still doubted that he could even pass the Mensa test.
95% of high IQ people don’t know they are and why? because they truly don’t believe that they are that smart.
In words from a good and wise friend:
The reality is that if you don’t know who you are, the world will tell you who you should be, and living out of truth to yourself, is the most frustrating place to be.
